"Firstly this 1 star is also given so that I can share my experience else they are not worth for this. I had a worst experience with them firstly they said they 1900 for covid( * govt has already set the price 1600) but they said extra 300 is for the equipment i.e, PPE kit gloves etc they use while the test which is logical they have to wear it for the hospital as well not only for covid test nad when the govt has clearly told no private lab nad hospital can charge extra than 1600 , how come they can ask for extra. After an agruement with them they agreed to the same in 1600. I got tested on 13 sep an was told the report will be mailed by 14 sep by 8 PM. I saw thein previous reviews in which many people said they don't provide reports on time. I was concerned for the same so I followup them in evening for the same.. reports were not sent till 9 PM I asked them again they assured that it will be sent in sometime but it wasn't and after that no one was answering the call. In morning also there was also it will take some time n all.. they don't even answers some time nor they update for the same. Finally when I told I will take now strict action for the same as it has been a long time for ten reports then I got my reports in afternoon. They are unprofessional, trying to fool around people to make extra money. The worst experience in this covid situation where they should be more professional aa they have been given a responsibility but they rar not worth it."

"Had the worst experience ever!!!!!!! >Their results are not accurate. >They mix up samples and doesn't admit. >They lied about collecting samples when the one who should test hasn't even reached the testing site. >They lied that they have sent the report on mail when they haven't. >Took 3-4 days to get the report. >Charging extra.1500 per test. >screamed at cussed for calling and inquiring. >Sends unprofessional testers to homes who has the worse hygiene thus putting us in more danger and risk. Please Never use their service"

"This place is perfect example of unprofessional medical ethics. I paid Rs 1000 for the antigen test and the report was emailed to me after 8 hours that too after calling multiple times. First they ask you if you want negative report to travel out of the station and the report can be managed accordingly. They mention your requirements on the form itself. Very callous approach. Please avoid going to this place. Perfect example of medical loot"

"Excellent service , I got report within 24 hours and also when requested they added passport number in report and resent as it was required for my travel. The person who came for home collection was also good to handle kids for taking sample."

"Got Rt-Pcr done from here. I was told that i will get the report within 24-36 hrs. After completion of 36hrs i dropped them a mail asking for reports but did not get any response even the reports. Tried calling their number which is always on IVR and at the end gets the response that all the executives are busy. You will get same message even if you call them at 2am. Very bad experience. If you care for your near and dear ones never go there and get tested."
